Cheil has won three Statues at the London International Awards (LIA) 2026, including one Gold and two Silver Statues.
‘Job Stay’ won a Gold Statue and a Silver Statue in the Creative Strategy category. Cheil Korea and Albamon, a leading job platform in Korea, teamed up to bring young workers back to regional areas and get local job-seeking activity moving again. The campaign turned unattractive local jobs into desirable travel experiences by creating long-stay packages that included accommodation, transportation, and unique local experiences. Participants paid with their working hours at local businesses instead of money.
'The Petition Papers' for Wildlife Conservation Society won a Silver Statue in the Design category. To protect Hudson Canyon from overfishing and oil and mineral exploration, McKinney, part of Cheil, turned the paper that wraps seafood into a petition. The work is centered on handmade Gyotaku prints, a traditional ink-printing method by Japanese fishermen used to document where their catch came from — turning every seafood order into a call to action.
LIA is one of five global shows included in WARC Creative 100. After on-site judging in Las Vegas, LIA revealed the 2026 winners as juries completed their work. Juries reviewed every piece of work in their categories from beginning to end.
